What You'll Do

Residential Electrical Service & Installation

• Diagnose residential electrical issues and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions
• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting for homeowners
• Assist with panel upgrades, service changes, rewires, lighting, troubleshooting, and related electrical work
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards

Learn & Grow Into Sales

• Meet directly with homeowners to explain electrical issues and available solutions
• Learn how to present repair and upgrade options professionally and ethically
• Build confidence in customer communication and consultative selling
• Transition into a stronger sales-focused role as training progresses

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

• Maintain professionalism from first appointment through project completion
• Educate homeowners in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Represent Keil Electric with integrity, professionalism, and strong workmanship

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Wireman Electrician License
• Minimum 2+ years of electrical experience with licensing
• Strong residential electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must own standard electrician hand tools
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home service, construction, or trade sales experience
• Residential service electrician experience
• Experience discussing repair options or upgrades with customers
• Leadership or crew experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings Potential

• $100,000 - $250,000+ annual earning potential
• Performance-based compensation with uncapped income opportunity
