Lead Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring a Lead Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will represent AT&T and work directly with local businesses to provide tailored wireless solutions that support their day-to-day operations. As a Lead Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in expanding AT&T’s presence by building strong relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering solutions that create real value.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Sales & Customer Service Representative:

• Lead Sales & Customer Service Representatives conduct in-person sales presentations for AT&T wireless services
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses through consistent outreach
• Educate business owners on wireless products and service solutions
• Lead Sales & Customer Service Representatives meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
