Lead Rotating Equipment Technician — Pumps
Where: Southeast Houston
Compensation: $35–$45/hr
Hours: Choose Day (6:00am–4:30pm) or Night (4:00pm–2:30am), Monday–Sunday, rotating weekends

What you will tackle
- Maintain, repair, and overhaul API pumps and related systems.
- Disassemble, inspect, and identify root causes of failures or performance issues.
- Perform precision shaft and coupling alignments, including laser alignment methods.
- Rebuild, commission, and test pumps to confirm operational readiness.
- Document findings, repair steps, alignments, and test outcomes thoroughly.
What you need to succeed
- 10+ years troubleshooting and repairing API pumps and rotating equipment.
- Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Deep familiarity with API 610 standards.
- Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools and laser alignment systems.
- Demonstrated strength in mechanical troubleshooting plus maintenance and repair skills.
