This role leads the development of robotic and automated systems supporting industrial & collaborative robotics, micro-automation, AMRs, and flexible part feeding . You'll work closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality systems—while enjoying significantly lower travel than typical integrator roles.What You'll DoLead design, programming, and startup of robotic cells and automation systemsDevelop PLC, HMI, and robotic code from scratchSupport projects from concept through customer acceptanceServe as a technical leader in AMR and robotics technologiesCommunicate directly with customers, panel shops, and internal teamsTrack project cost, schedule, and milestonesLead customer training and mentor internal engineersParticipate in limited on-call support (2–3 times/year)Technical ExpertiseFanuc and other robotics platforms (ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi)Qualifications10+ years automation/robotics experienceStrong customer-facing and project leadership skillsTravel up to 25–30% (primarily Midwest), with possibly more during training phaseSeniority level: Not applicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Robotics Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
