Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. The Amazing Lash Studio® brand is the industry leader for eyelash extension and eyebrow services with a mission to create lasting beauty and confidence through passion, dedication and excellence so guests will look and feel AMAZING!
Compensation:
- $11-$13 per hour depending on performance + membership sales bonuses

In This Role You Will:
- Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products
- Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest
- Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions
- Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs
- Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with fellow Lash Consultants
- Keep the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies
- Responsibly open and close the studio — this is a key holder position!
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred; results-oriented and metrics-driven
- Customer service focused with a strong emphasis on member retention and lead outreach
- Outgoing, positive, energetic, and resourceful — a natural people person
- Strong communicator with confident interpersonal skills across guests and teammates
- Organized multitasker and problem solver with solid computer skills
- Available for flexible days/hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- MindBody software experience a plus
