Position Summary

The Residential Advisor delivers community support services to the women and children in the Horizons Residential Programs. The Lead Residential Advisor will have additional duties with a higher level of responsibility. This position works closely with the Program Manager to recruit, train, monitor and direct a team of paraprofessional 24/7 front line staff to provide Residential services to the families served by the program.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

  • Ability to effectively work with outside providers to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Must possess valid NC driver's license and be able to clear a motor vehicle check in order to transport minors.
