MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and two years of research experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Strong foundational laboratory skills and attention to detail. + Willing and eager to learn new techniques and contribute to diverse research initiatives. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. + Interest in building a long-term career with opportunities for growth and advancement.
