Resource's typical working day:	Working with a team of 2 other accountants overseeing commercial properties Journal entry prep and Review Cash analysis on a weekly basis Ad hoc reporting needs Reviews and/or creates real estate accounting transactions and the production of the various resulting financial reports and statements. Understands client requirements and ensures consistent, accurate and timely reporting. Prepare and oversee all aspects of advanced level financial statement packages, including creating and posting journal entries, ensuring cash receipts and expense payables are recorded for the period, preparing and submitting funding requests. Partners with the field and Account Management teams to ensure requirements and terms of the client's
Years of Experience needed:	4+ Years of Experience in Real Estate Accounting is required (Commercial Accounting is preferred)
Level of Education:	Bachelor's Degree is required
Systems/Software proficiencies:	Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi experience is required
Certifications/Licenses:	n/a
