What You’ll Do
- Inspect products, processes, and systems to verify conformance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Record findings, maintain accurate inspection data, and deliver detailed reports for leadership review.
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors, sharing best practices and refining techniques.
- Track evolving regulations and trends to safeguard continued compliance.
- Support internal/external audits and assessments.
- Enhance inspection protocols and procedures for consistency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
- At least 5 years in inspection or quality assurance roles.
- Strong command of inspection-related standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and careful attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills—written and verbal.
- Ability to contribute both independently and in team environments.
- Hands-on skill with inspection tools and software.
