Responsibilities Own the entire system testing process, including analysis, design, executing test plans and cases, and conducting defect tracking to deliver innovative and high-quality core product features. Define software quality assurance test requirements, plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts starting at the design phase through the test phase for assigned on-going sustainment and project work. Facilitate successful release of features and enhancements from development to production through effective testing, delivering continuous quality at speed. Participate in requirements and design reviews and product planning sessions. Define functional and technical specifications for accuracy, feasibility, testability, and clarity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver work in rapid product development. Mentor senior and mid-level engineers.Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts integrated with CI/CD systems, and building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing; Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create systematic and comprehensive test plans and test cases, including estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing efforts across team members; Creating and supporting REST-based API automation testing frameworks using Python; Building and testing software solutions using Agile methodology and DevOps development practices; Building automated test scripts using Java or Python for front-end testing, backend API testing, and ETL data automation; and Identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics.
