- Call leads from a pre-generated list to verify and confirm basic contact and qualifying information
- Warm transfer interested and qualified prospects to an available licensed agent
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and call outcomes using our CRM system
- Provide a professional and positive experience for all potential clients
- Meet daily and weekly call goals and performance targets
