LEAD QA NSIS TECHNICIAN
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Knowledgeable in production areas of the department, including product flow, specs, and quality.
  • Knowledgeable of all positions on the hot side for the QA department.
  • Supervise QA employees.
  • Monitor and ensure proper procedures, safety, and cleanliness of production of product.
  • Perform various quality control functions, including but not limited to, line inspection and audits.
  • Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned  
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in Quality Assurance
  • Ability to communicate in English (both written and verbally)
  • Communicate comfortably with management
  • Computer skills
  • Production experience, preferred in a food processing facility
  • Good people skills, ability to work well with others
  • Leadership skills
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation 
  • You may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
