Description
Lead all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
Oversee jobsite operations, including periodic on-site presence
Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership
Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation across all project stages
Profile
A successful Lead Project Manager - Multifamily Development (Remote) should have:
10-15 years of construction project management experience
Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction (required)
Proven ability to manage large-scale residential developments
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must be based in the Greater Boston area
Ability to travel to site weekly initially, then bi-monthly as the project progresses
Job Offer
Base salary: $160K - $200K
Guaranteed 20% annual bonus (paid quarterly)
$700/month vehicle allowance
