Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods. • Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans. • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market • Work with vendors to coordinate the timing and means of delivery • Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise • Tracks and expedites orders to ensure delivery schedules are met
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Business and Project Management with a minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field (or associate degree with at least 6 years of experience in logistics, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field)
Key Skills:
• Demonstrated leadership and team mindset skills • Proficient knowledge and usage of computers, MS Office Applications (MS Excel including spreadsheets, graphs, functions and advanced applications) • Customer interface management experience • Financial aspects (cost components, margins) • Understanding of project milestones • Risk management • Ability to motivate team & other stakeholders • Result oriented • Strong customer relations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Adaptability toward changing priorities • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Effective problem identification and solution skills • Proven analytical and organizational ability • Experience in Transmission industry and managing exports is desirable • Excellent computer skills required, including MS Office (Word, Excel) • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Compensation and Benefits
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $87,000.00 and $145,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
