Provide technical input to support accurate and competitive pricing for new products.The Successful Applicant7+ years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environmentDevelop and optimize CNC programs to enhance production efficiency and quality.Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery (Swiss/Lathes)Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.Ability to generate drawings with CAD software, Solidworks is a plusDriven attitude for problem solving and continuous improvement.Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs.Provide technical support and training to machine operators as needed.Conduct troubleshooting and resolve any machining or programming issues.Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.Maintain accurate documentation of processes and machine programs.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $110000 to $125,000 USD annually.4 weeks of PTOComprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plansOpportunities for career growth and professional development.
