Lead Program Manager- Repair Development & Material Readiness
The Senior Program Manager- Repair Development & Material Readiness is responsible for leading and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives that directly impact engine throughput, material availability, and internal capability expansion for the LM2500 platform. This role provides dedicated project leadership across engineering, supply chain, operations, and external partners to ensure repair development programs, material readiness efforts, and new production capabilities are executed on time and at scale.Role Purpose:Oversee coordination of cross-functional initiatives impacting engine throughput, material availability, and internal capability expansion. Ensure timely execution of engineering, supply chain, and operations tasks to support LM2500 growth and reduce dependency on external suppliers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management within aerospace, gas turbine MRO, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional technical programs involving engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.
Proven ability to manage repair development, NPI, or process qualification initiatives from concept through production readiness.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials qualification, and repair development workflows.
Experience coordinating capital equipment projects, including installation, commissioning, and process validation.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to anticipate operational and schedule impacts.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency in project scheduling, risk management, and execution tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Familiarity with ERP systems, configuration management, and capacity planning processes.
