Build, Optimize, Lead

Your Impact

  • Run equipment safely; meet/exceed goals for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
  • Diagnose faults; adjust components, settings, and alignments to stabilize performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing and implementing better ways to produce.
  • Mentor junior team members; share best practices and elevate shift capability.
  • Record accurate end-of-shift data: crew hours, machine time, production totals.
  • Perform in-process and final checks; correct deviations to protect quality.
  • Own housekeeping, standard work, and safety requirements.
  • Apply mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and strong written/verbal communication daily.

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manual dexterity and reliable hand–eye coordination.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with precise record-keeping.
  • Basic math and confidence using calculators for production metrics.
  • Skill in troubleshooting minor machine issues.
  • Comfort with measurement tools (e.g., levels).
  • Working knowledge of product quality standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
