Lead Production Associate

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM start time
Overtime: Weekend overtime may be required based on production needs

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This individual will be responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting with workflow coordination, and helping ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production team members throughout the shift
• Assist with assigning tasks and monitoring workflow
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are achieved
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

PPE Requirements:

• Safety Vest
• Steel-Toed Shoes
