About the Role:
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to drive the future of our Time and Labor product line within the Pro WFM Suite. In this critical individual contributor role, you will own the identification, design, delivery, and optimization of solutions for a core product used by millions of employees globally each month across our human capital management and workforce management applications.
You will be highly collaborative, working with a diverse set of partners, including external customers (buyers, administrators, HR users, and employees) as well as internal stakeholders who implement and deliver our products. As a domain expert, you will serve as the product lead for cross-functional development teams, guiding initiatives and ensuring successful execution for both mature and evolving global products within the Time and Labor domain.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will focus on deeply understanding the Time and Labor market, customer needs, technical possibilities, and business impact. You will bring a strategic perspective to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and enhanced user experience across time tracking, scheduling, absence management, and related modules. Exceptional communication, influence, and collaboration skills are essential. You will actively engage with customers (internal and external), engineering, design, and other stakeholders to uncover latent needs, define innovative solutions, and build alignment around the product roadmap.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision for specific areas within the Time and Labor product line, delivering incremental and measurable value to customers. This includes continuous learning from customers, partners, and the broader Product organization. You will own your product areas end-to-end, ensuring successful releases through strong team collaboration, continuous improvement, and clear representation of the voice of the customer. You will define product metrics, establish mechanisms to collect and analyze data, and balance qualitative and quantitative insights to drive ongoing learning and customer-centric outcomes.
In addition, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of UKG's AI-powered workforce management capabilities, including the integration of agentic AI systems that can autonomously assist, recommend, and take action on behalf of users. You will identify high-impact opportunities where AI agents reduce friction, improve decision quality, and enhance employee and manager experiences across Time and Labor workflows.
