A leading engineering and consulting partner supporting major life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturers is looking to hire a Lead Process Engineer .You'll work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and solve complex technical challenges in pharmaceutical environments.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on process improvement, technical problem solving, and working directly with production teams.What You'll Be DoingLead Design of Experiments (DOE) studies to evaluate and improve manufacturing processesDrive process optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and product qualitySupport liquid / gel filling operations and bottle or tube packaging processesInvestigate process deviations and performance issues using root cause analysisImplement corrective and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve production performanceAct as a technical subject matter expert , supporting stakeholders on‑siteDocument process studies and improvements in line with industry and regulatory standardsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering5–10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or process engineeringStrong hands‑on experience running Design of Experiments (DOE)Experience with liquid / gel filling and bottle or tube packaging processesProven ability to identify process issues and implement improvementsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsComfortable working on‑site ~75% of the time#J-18808-Ljbffr
