Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Physician for a Director / Lead Physician role supporting multiple locations across the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati regions. • Provide primary care to a panel of high-acuity patients
• Lead and mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Manage complex chronic conditions, substance use, and behavioral health needs
• Support quality improvement and population health initiatives

Requirements


• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to Infectious Disease or Addiction Medicine with recent primary care experience
• Active or eligible for Ohio medical license
• Several years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship background
• Experience working with complex or underserved populations preferred
• Comfortable managing high-acuity patients
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
