Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Lead Preschool Teacher – School Readiness Classroom
The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to guide children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, independence, and early academic development.
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy leading a classroom team and supporting young learners through engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily instruction for preschool-aged children
- Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional development
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and learning centers
- Guide assistant teachers and support classroom organization
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and classroom updates
- Ensure compliance with Virginia licensing standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience required
- Experience leading a preschool classroom preferred
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
