We’re growing fast and looking for a dedicated Lead Power/Soft Washing Technician who wants to grow with us long-term.
Job Overview:
This is a full-time position with a busy summer schedule and a lighter winter workload. You’ll be responsible for performing exterior cleaning services including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and surface restoration. We offer consistent pay, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to earn more based on performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure and soft washing equipment safely and effectively
- Clean surfaces such as siding, roofs, driveways, decks, and fences
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to project needs
- Load/unload equipment and prepare job sites
- Communicate with team and customers professionally
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends, as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in exterior cleaning mandatory
- Knowledge of motors and pumps is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful of client properties
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Experience pulling trailers
- manual labor ready - peak season spring summer, long days anticipated
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22-30/hr with room for growth based on performance
- Opportunities for overtime and weekend/night shifts
- Option for salary pay to sustain income through slower winter months
