Immediate opening for a Lead Plumbing Designer in metro Atlanta.
Summary:
Qualified candidates should be self-motivated, highly skilled, and capable of working in an A/E office environment with cross-disciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior Design).
Responsibilities:
• Design and draft complete plumbing and fire protection (schematic) plans for review and permits.
• Size water, natural gas, sanitary waste, vent, and storm water systems, and prepare isometrics.
• Coordinate with internal engineers, architects, and external civil consultants.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to verify existing conditions.
• Perform construction administration tasks, including responding to RFI’s.
