Job description:
The Lead Physical Therapist serves as the senior clinician in the clinic, delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy while supporting clinical excellence, staff development, and a positive team culture. This role blends direct patient care with mentorship and leadership responsibilities and offers long-term growth as the clinic expands.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and examinations
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care
Provide outpatient orthopedic, balance, and functional rehabilitation
Serve as the lead clinician and clinical resource for the clinic
Mentor and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Uphold high clinical standards and ethical practice
Foster a collaborative, professional, and patient-centered clinic culture
Requirement:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)
Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license.
