Lead Pharmacy Technician Instructor Location: Pima Medical Institute - El Paso Campus | On-Site Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $25.62 – $32.03 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Advisory Board Meetings and lead programmatic faculty meetings to ensure high standards for student outcomes and community satisfaction.
Review textbooks and course materials; assist with the orientation and mentoring of new faculty members.
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that appeal to different learning styles, ensuring students meet all clinical objectives.
Partner with Career Services to oversee student progress during clinical externships and maintain contact with site partners.
Manage supply inventory, track graduate certification pass rates, and participate in annual Program Effectiveness Plans.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree from an accredited institution recognized by the USDE or CHEA.
Graduate of an ASHP/ACPE-accredited Pharmacy Technician program or equivalent accredited specialty program.
Minimum 5 years of occupational experience in pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
Must be a Licensed Pharmacist or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in good standing as required by Texas state law.
Current membership in at least one national and one state pharmacy organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Minimum 3 years of prior teaching experience in the subject field preferred.
