The Lead Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a Center based PCA who, under the supervision of the Center Manager, assumes a leadership role in providing day-to-day oversight and coordination of day room routines as related to PCA responsibilities. The Lead PCA role models dependability, reliability, and exceptional customer service skills; and promotes a sense of teamwork through demonstration of self-direction and self-motivation.Education :
High School required; college degree preferred
BLS Certification
HHA Certification/ CNA License
Experience:
Strong computer skills (Windows, Outlook, EMR preferred)
Able to work effectively with Interdisciplinary Team
Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to prioritize and problem-solve independently
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
Skills/Abilities:
