Role Overview
The Software Engineer 4 - Lead Pega Developer is a senior, hands-on engineering role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Pega applications across multiple internal platforms. This role combines technical leadership with day-to-day development, focusing heavily on case management workflows and system integrations. The engineer will support a portfolio of applications, contribute to modernization efforts, and act as a key resource for guiding development standards and delivering scalable workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience with strong expertise in Pega Case Management. Experience as a hands-on technical lead, mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and working in enterprise environments supporting multiple applications simultaneously.
Technical Skills: Proven experience designing and implementing Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, connectors, services). Strong experience building end-to-end case workflows (stages, steps, SLAs, approvals, escalations). Solid understanding of the Pega rules engine, flow rules, decision tables, data pages, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $69.00 and $74.00 per hour. The contract length is 18 months with the potential for extension or conversion. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
