Issue Resolution & Operational Excellence

+ Drive resolution of high‑severity issues by coordinating with engineering, product, support, and cloud operations teams.

+ Ensure timely diagnosis, recovery, and clear communication during incidents.

+ Use monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., PDC) to identify recurring issues and support reliability improvements.

Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement

+ Apply established best practices, patterns, and standards for cloud delivery engagements.

+ Contribute to improvements in delivery processes, tooling, and engagement models.

+ Capture client feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering.

+ Mentor and support Cloud Delivery Specialists, helping build technical depth and delivery consistency.

Who You Are:

You are an experienced cloud delivery professional with strong technical skills and a client‑centric mindset. You communicate clearly, operate effectively in complex environments, and take ownership of outcomes. You bring sound judgment, collaborative instincts, and a commitment to quality delivery and client success.

What You've Accomplished:
