JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our CP-MCKINLEY HLTH
CENTER facility. This job is HYBRID. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: Shift 4 Our
FastCare Clinics are open 7 days/week. M-F hours are typically 8:00am -
8:00pm; Sat 8am - 6pm; Sun 8am - 2pm. The position does require 1
weekend, every 3 weeks and an occasional Holiday. Occasional travel to
other FastCare clinics maybe required to staff during PTOs, LOAs. Job
Summary: Under general supervision coordinates operations of the PASR
team in a manner that facilitates efficient and patient focused
scheduling of services. Coordinates education, workflow enhancement to
ensure organizational objectives. Requires a focus on customer service
during all patient and staff interactions. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A
minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or
customer service field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior
informal or formal leadership experience is preferred. Experience in a
medical/healthcare setting is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High
School diploma or equivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to
multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have
excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft
Outlook and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is
preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is preferred. Perks
