Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite Hartford, CT 06183

Type : Contract (Possible FTE conversion ~12 months)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in .NET Core and Angular or React, to join a dynamic team working in a scaled Agile framework. The ideal candidate will serve as an onsite coordinator, collaborating closely with clients to clarify requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless coordination with offshore teams for timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and propose effective design and solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Develop scalable applications using .NET Core and Angular/React.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Optimize application performance and implement security best practices.
• Participate in the full SDLC: planning, development, testing, deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to team meetings.

Required Skills:

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in:

.NET Core

Angular or React

AWS (basic proficiency)

Strong communication and customer management skills.

Ability to provide design and architectural solutions.

Experience in performance tuning and business enhancements.

Risk identification and mitigation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

Team structure includes 4 offshore developers, 1 offshore QA, and 1 senior onshore developer.

Work mode: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
