We are hiring experienced movers to step into a lead technician role where you will expand beyond standard moving work into inventory management, restoration services, and team leadership.

What You Will Do
- Lead pack-outs, moving, and secure transport of customer contents
- Wrap, protect, and handle high-value items with care
- Inventory items using mobile software (training provided)
- Coordinate warehouse storage and organization
- Perform contents cleaning and restoration (training provided)
- Supervise and guide crew members on job sites
- Communicate with customers and project managers
- Operate box trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in moving, logistics, or warehouse work
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs (team lifting when needed)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Leadership potential (crew lead experience is a plus)
- Comfortable learning basic technology (iPads, apps, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
Pay and Benefits
- $25.00 – $30.00/hour based on experience
- Overtime plus 1.5x pay for emergency work
