As a Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll respond to properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage while helping guide and support team members on-site. This is a key role where you'll provide leadership, deliver quality work, and support customers during challenging situations. Job Responsibilities
Perform and help oversee restoration work (e.g., water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation) Provide excellent customer service and support team members on-site Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure equipment is ready for use Assist with setting up equipment and preparing materials for removal or storage Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable as needed Support warehouse and facility tasks when required Assist with demolition of damaged materials
Job Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Written and verbal fluency in English Valid drivers license Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day
