    Description

    Description:Leads all phases of NGI All Up Round (AUR) Missile production from receipt of AUR components through Missile delivery. Responsible for the readiness and execution of NGI AUR Production, necessary support equipment, staffing demand, execution against established schedules and budgets. Lead the vision of the NGI AUR production execution from qualification build into production. Acts as primary customer contact for NGI Missile integration efforts. These include leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and supporting technical performance. Supports the development of NGI AUR Missile production planning for future full rate production.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or relevant experience / combined education
    • Experience in team leadership, task direction, delegation and fast-paced spacecraft production and/or test
    • Demonstrated ability to drive production activities through delivery
    • Experience briefing senior-level program and customer management
    • Experience with Assembly, Integration & Test cost, schedule and planning functions

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong oral and written skills with executive presence
    • Direct, hands-on experience with leading Integration or ATLO efforts.
    • Strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization
    • Successfully demonstrated completing tasks and delivering products on time and within budget
    • Breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing best practices and lessons learned.
    • Experience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
    • High rate/volume production experience
    • Previous Leadership experience
    • Previous Cost Account Management experience

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
