### Compensation $200,000.00 - $270,400.00 / Yearly ### Hours Per Week 40 ### Number Of Positions 1 ### Shift First Shift (Day) ### Job Description Lead Member of Technical Staff needed by AT&T Services, Inc., in Middletown, NJ to drive research and development initiatives, integrate emerging technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Provide strategic direction and leadership to develop and implement innovative, scalable, and robust systems aligning with organizational goals. Serve as subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development. Lead complex projects from inception to implementation and foster a collaborative team environment. Effectively communicate project progress and technical concepts to stakeholders. Conduct quantitative, algorithmic and theory-based analysis for addressing business issues in information extraction and synthesis, data mining, data visualization, network design and optimization, operations research, and decision support systems. Architect, design and develop network operational support systems for managing physical, data link and transport layer aspects of telecommunication networks. Design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications across public and private cloud environments using Linux, Docker, OpenStack, and Kubernetes. Develop full-stack solutions leveraging Java, Python, TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, XML, and shell scripting. Implement RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka, and modern frameworks/tools including JavaScript, Angular, React, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. Orchestrate workflows and business processes with ActiveVOS and Camunda. Manage CI/CD and cloud operations using Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and OpenStack. Build and support network operations support systems (OSS), applying expertise in telecommunications/data networks, TCP/IP, and router/switch configuration. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering and 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of experience in a related occupation designing, building, and deploying cloud-native applications across public and private cloud environments using Linux, Docker, OpenStack, and Kubernetes; developing full-stack solutions leveraging Java, Python, TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, XML, and shell scripting; implementing RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka, and modern frameworks/tools including JavaScript, Angular, React, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate; orchestrating workflows and business processes with ActiveVOS and Camunda; managing CI/CD and cloud operations using Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and OpenStack; and building and supporting network operations support systems (OSS), applying expertise in telecommunications/data networks, TCP/IP, and router/switch configuration.
