Seeking a Lead Mechanic Supervisor to support shipyard docking operations in Norfolk, VA.
Responsible for training and supervising skilled and semi-skilled trades personnel, executing routine and non-routine production tasks, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Performs electrical and mechanical repairs, reads blueprints, and supports project planning and resource management.
Requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work in demanding environments, including ships and industrial settings.
Must have relevant trade experience or education, reliable attendance, and physical agility.
Minimal travel required; position requires US citizenship and adherence to safety standards.

Colonna’s Shipyard, Inc. is located in the historic Berkley section of Norfolk, Virginia and is the oldest continuous family owned and operated private shipyard in the United States.
