Seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage inventory at an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Reporting to the Peri Op Inventory Manager, responsibilities include overseeing par stock and main storage locations, coordinating with Purchasing, managing service agreements and new technology requests, and working closely with clinical teams to ensure supply needs are met.
The role requires independent work, understanding of hospital environment standards, tissue handling, and item lifecycle management.
Responsibilities include vendor management, inventory accuracy, contract compliance, and forecasting.
Qualifications include an Associate's degree or 3+ years of materials experience, HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license.
