The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for working with, overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of a team of technicians. They will work closely with the Service Department Manager to ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. <\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
The Lead Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for training and mentoring new technicians.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of a team of technicians<\/span>
<\/li> - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules<\/span>
<\/li> - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and facility problems<\/span>
<\/li> - Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment and residential properties<\/span>
<\/li> - Train and mentor new technicians<\/span>
<\/li> - Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools<\/span>
<\/li> - Maintain accurate maintenance records<\/span>
<\/li> - Comply with all safety regulations<\/span>
<\/li> - Build and maintain client relationships<\/span>
<\/li> - Build and maintain maintenance plans for assigned groups of properties<\/span>
<\/li> - Submit property reports<\/li>
- Other duties as assigned<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field<\/span>
<\/li> - Must have a strong understanding of all types of home maintenance issues<\/span>
<\/li> - Must be able to read and understand job reports, descriptions, tasks, and assignments<\/span>
<\/li> - Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of weather conditions<\/span>
<\/li> - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
<\/li> - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team<\/span>
