Position: Lead Maintenance Technician

Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a growing construction materials manufacturer in the Boonville area! The Lead Maintenance Technician will support production through hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial equipment. This role focuses on maintaining and improving equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of motors, drives, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and related systems, along with fabrication, welding, and electrical testing. This person will work closely with production and help keep inventory of spare parts while serving as a lead resource for complex maintenance issues.
--Requirements:
--Must have 10+ years experience in Industrial Manufacturing with a minimum 3 years as a Lead or Senior Technician
--Must be knowledgeable of National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E
--Must be able to troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs as well as controls and panels
--Must be proficient at cutting and welding
--Must be able to work with 480v and three phase
--Must be comfortable taking inventory for parts
