Lead Maintenance Technician (Full-Time).
Pay: $35.00 – $38.00+ per hour (based on experience and skill level).
Benefits: Single health coverage after 90 days.
Housing option available (slightly reduced hourly rate with free apartment if required).

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This is a key position for someone who can take ownership of maintenance operations, handle complex repairs, and help lead a team.
Our maintenance staff averages over 10 years with us—we are looking for the right person to join long-term.
Requirements:
- HVAC Certification (required) and be able to service resident’s HVAC units. Must have knowledge in heat pumps.
- Must have own tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must live in close proximity to the area.
- Strong leadership ability and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask between make-ready units and occupied unit service calls.
- Professional attitude with tenants and team members.
- Strong plumbing skills needed. PVC Piping.
Core Skills:
- Carpentry/Cabinet Installation.
- Drywall (installation and repair).
- Painting.
- Plumbing (kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, clogs, faucets, shut-offs).
- Minor Electrical (outlets, fixtures, GFI, breakers).
- Ceiling Repairs (leak repair, opening, professional-grade patching.)
- Window and Door Repair.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with unit turnovers (“make-ready” units).
- Diagnose and respond to maintenance issues in occupied units.
- Oversee general maintenance of halls, grounds, and parking areas.
- Work diligently with office leasing staff.
