We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This position will begin with a 2-week training period on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), followed by a permanent assignment on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:45 PM).
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining the facility, grounds, and all major systems including boilers, sewage, electrical, and water systems. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 3 years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
Demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills
Knowledge of industrial pipefitting and mechanical systems
Experience or exposure to:- Boilers
Ability to understand and carry out instructions from management
Ability to summarize and communicate work-related information effectively
Valid Driver’s License required
Forklift experience required
Must be reliable and ready to work at workstation 5 minutes prior to shift start
