Lead Machinist

Seeking Machine Operators for all shifts in the Boba department at a leading fruit processing company. The Lead Machinist will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production and quality standards. Responsibilities include calibrating machines, controlling settings, loading raw materials, quality inspection, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining activity logs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, technical skills, problem-solving ability, and safety awareness are essential. Experience in food manufacturing is advantageous.
