Pay $25/hour or more depending on experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Experience operating and adjusting machinery, including managing settings like speed and temperature
- Attention to detail for quality inspection and defect identification
- Technical proficiency in machine operation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly
- Commitment to safety protocols and a safe working environment
- Ability to load raw materials accurately and perform routine maintenance
- CNC machinist background or experience
- Food manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of quality control procedures in a production setting
- Ability to maintain operational logs and perform preventative maintenance
- Strong team support and leadership abilities for training and mentoring team members
