Job Summary:
The Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing facility-related tasks, maintenance, and projects to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment. This role coordinates with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support facility operations, safety, and compliance while ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 10+ years of experience in facilities coordination, building maintenance, or a related field
Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Minimum Skills Required:
Experience overseeing facility projects and working with vendors
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
Familiarity with building codes, OSHA requirements, and facility compliance.
Budgeting or cost-tracking experience related to facility operations.
Certifications such as Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are a plus.

This is a full-time position, typically working 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required depending on operational needs.
