Lead Line Cook Firefly Table (Downtown Acworth, GA)

Firefly Table is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are a chef-driven restaurant in the historic Mill District of downtown Acworth, known for our elevated comfort food, seasonal ingredients, and creative approach to flavor. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation
Lead and support line operations during service to ensure smooth, efficient execution
Assist with prep work, inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with the culinary team and management
Contribute to menu development and daily features when applicable
Assist with training and mentoring new kitchen team members
Requirements:

Minimum 2 3 years of line cook experience in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating standards
Proven ability to lead by example and work collaboratively under pressure
Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor and communication
Must be 18 years or older and able to work nights and weekends as needed
