Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies, along with proven experience leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications in Agile environments.
Required Skills
10+ years of Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Java 17/21.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
Strong SQL skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.
Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
