Lead Instructor, Structured Cabling for Mission-Critical Data Centers
CBRE is seeking an experienced training leader to design, deliver, and manage learning programs focused on low-voltage and structured cabling systems across data centers and other critical environment facilities.
A day in this role
You start by walking the data hall, confirming the day’s hands-on lab setup. By mid-morning, you’re guiding technicians through a practical exercise on structured cabling fundamentals. In the afternoon, you partner with Data Center and Critical Environment stakeholders to review learning needs and prioritize scalable, high‑impact improvements for the next cohort. Every day, your work strengthens operational excellence in mission‑critical facilities.
What you’ll do
Technical Training: Design, deliver, and manage training programs for low-voltage and structured cabling within data center and critical environment facilities.
Content & Standards: Develop learning content aligned to industry standards, best practices, and hands‑on methodologies for mission‑critical operations.
Governance & Quality: Partner with CBRE’s Data Center and Critical Environment business units to identify technical learning needs and implement scalable, high‑impact training solutions that support operational excellence.
Required skills & qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Technical capability relevant to low‑voltage and structured cabling in mission‑critical settings.
