The Lead Installation & Integration Engineer is a highly skilled professional who directs the deployment, assembly, and testing of complex technical systems. They will manage the physical integration of equipment, supervise teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and resolve critical troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Function as the Lead Engineer on major installations, coordinating on-site work, managing budgets, and keeping projects on schedule
- Oversee a team to install and test equipment at remote locations
System Deployment:
- Configure hardware, route complex wiring, and assemble structural or technical equipment per engineering blueprints
- Work from schematics, engineering drawings, wire lists, written or verbal instructions
- Conduct testing of RF and digital systems
- Determine methods, operations and sequences in setting procedures for constructing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing processing, and modifying electronic and mechanical products and equipment as required
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose complex physical-layer faults, mechanical failures, or connectivity issues
- Perform electronic, mechanical and technical assignments such as constructing, repairing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing & maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment, microwave products, electro-mechanical components, devices and systems
- Operate related electronic and mechanical equipment necessary to construct, test, process, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specific products or equipment
Quality Assurance:
- Validate that all installations meet strict industry regulations, safety codes, and operational standards
- Recommend changes or modifications to improve the operation or the quality of electronic or mechanical products and equipment
General:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in relevant fields (e.g., RF Technology, Program Management, Installation Engineering) with a history of leading projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on development, installation and fielding of VLF (very low frequency) systems
- Familiarity with solid state transmitters and related control systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, high-pressure crisis management, and clear verbal communication for dealing with clients and cross-functional teams
- Ability in Hindi, or other Indian regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu and Kannada demonstrates language proficiency
- International travel will be required

Pay may range from $76.00 to $80.00 hourly
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
