**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical maintenance across an automated production floor.
- Conduct scheduled and preventative maintenance on fluid power systems, pneumatic components, and hydraulic circuits.
- Optimize and calibrate high-speed packaging and sorting machinery.
- Utilize welding and fabrication skills to modify and improve equipment.
- Respond swiftly to resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities within the asset management system.
- Ensure all maintenance practices adhere to strict FDA, GMP, and SQF compliance standards.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within FDA-regulated industries.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical system issues.
