What You'll Do:
Provide essential personal care and in-home support to clients
Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
Assist with daily living activities, including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Companionship
Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including assisting with new staff onboarding and ongoing training
Coordinate and assist with employee scheduling in collaboration with the office team
Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment
Schedule & Availability:
Schedule: 7pm-7am
Includes on-call rotation, weekend rotation, and holiday coverage
Must be available to support both clients in the field and training/scheduling needs
